if your bike won't work or charge, please first check the tips below

1. When you are charging, the battery indicator will not turn on.
2. After fully charged, the charger will turn green, unplug the charger, and turn on the red button on the top of the battery, then check the battery indicator(4 green lights means fully charged). Please be aware of unplugging the charger when you want to check the battery indicator.
